Southern Maine Modular is a growing modular home dealer located in Hollis, Maine. We pride ourselves on providing the best service to our customers and creating a safe, enjoyable place to work for our employees.
We are currently seeking a full time sales associate to add to our team. Qualified individuals will provide top notch customer service to our clients while assisting them in the modular home buying process. The chosen candidate must have an enthusiastic, professional attitude and be able to fit well into a small office environment.
Responsibilities Include
- Answering and screening incoming calls and emails
- Greeting walk in customers and providing tours of the models
- Preparing documents for customer meetings
- Maintaining customer files
- Working with customers through the planning, construction and closing phases of their home projects.
- Maintain all company online presences.
Qualifications
- Construction/building experience preferred but not required.
- Must be comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook as well as quick to learn social media management.
- Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, adaptable to changing priorities, and highly organized
- Ability to remain friendly, professional and on task under varying circumstances
This is a full time position (40 hours per week) Tuesday-Saturday. Salary plus commission which will be based on qualifications.
