Your Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
-Foster positive relationships with clients to understand their optical needs.
-Provide guidance on frame selection, lens options, and other optical solutions.
Product Knowledge:
-Stay updated on the latest trends in eyewear and optical technology.
-Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our product range to assist customers.
Order Management:
-Process and track orders accurately to ensure timely delivery.
-Collaborate with the inventory manager to maintain optimal stock levels.
Your Profile:
Experience:
-Minimum of 1 year of optical sales or retail.
-Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer service.
Technical Skills:
-Familiarity with various lens types, coatings, and frame materials.
-Proficient in using optical equipment for accurate measurements.
Communication:
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to convey technical information in an understandable manner.
Team Player:
-Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and cohesive work environment.
-Share knowledge and contribute to team success.
