Key Responsibilities
Plan and book travel experiences including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and vacation packages
Communicate with clients via phone, email, or social media to understand their travel preferences and budget

Stay updated on travel trends, promotions, and destination knowledge
Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel
Build and maintain client relationships to generate repeat and referral business
