Sell lawn care and pest control services to new and existing customers. Outgoing telemarketing and door to door sales.
Responsibilities:
1. Sell residential and commercial lawn care services tailored to the needs of customers. Services include fertilization, weed control and other lawn renovation services.
2. Sell Pest Control such as mosquito control, carpenter ant control and other other nuisance pests.
3. Generate other sales through cross selling and upselling other services.
4. Perform inside telemarketing from the office.
5. Perform door to door calls during peak months.
6. Measure properties, write clearly written quotes and close sales
7. Establish relationships with commercial clients
8. Prepare and maintain sales reports
Education and experience requirements:
-High school diploma / GED required
-Sales experience preferred
-Valid and clean driver's license
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
-Sales skills both on phone and in person
-Good communication skills, written and verbal
-Ability to find potential sales candidates
-Good customer service skills
-Time management skills
