Front Desk Associate position requires a customer service oriented and personable individual. Additional requirements include being reliable, motivated, and a capable person. Cleaning duties are included at the desk as well as in the locker rooms and fitness floor.
Additional responsibilities of this role include:
- Greeting each member with enthusiasm as they enter the club
- Giving tours of the facility to prospective members
- Selling new memberships/retail
- Making Smoothies
- Making sure laundry stays in flow throughout the day
- Keeping supplies stocked
- Maintaining a positive attitude and supportive team environment
-Cleaning locker rooms
- Being handy for small facility maintenance jobs a bonus!
Few additional details to consider:
-Looking for someone interested/experienced in fitness industry
-College student or graduate
-Customer service experience preferred
