Are you an IT professional who loves solving technical problems but tired of juggling everything on your own? We’re a small but growing IT team looking for the right person to join us.
What you’ll do:
Support desktops, laptops, and business applications
Troubleshoot network connectivity, Wi-Fi, and basic hardware issues
Handle user setup, onboarding/offboarding
Perform updates, backups, and basic security checks
Document solutions and improve processes
What we’re looking for:
Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, and general IT support
Strong communication skills and customer focus
Someone eager to learn and grow with a small team
Reliable, self-motivated, and professional
Experience working in a managed service environment
Remote support experience a plus
