We are mindful of the impacts different construction techniques have on the performance and longevity of buildings. The nature of our projects includes construction management for residential and commercial remodels, additions, and custom home building.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood, plywood, and other materials.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Adhere to safety regulations and best practices on the job site.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Necessary physical stamina and the ability to do all on site work as needed.
Ability to work with, use, and maintain power construction tools and equipment.
Diligent attention to work safety to avoid injury for self and entire team.
Willingness to handle repetitive manual tasks that often occur on the construction site.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
Willing to attend OSHA and other trainings, as required.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Certification or apprenticeship completion in carpentry is a plus.
Full-time employees receive 11 days (88 hours) PTO on Jan 1 every year with a prorated amount available from date of hire. Unused PTO hours do not roll over to the following year.
Starting pay range of $20-35/hr. Pay rate is negotiable and dependent upon experience and skill level.
