Seeking a general carpenter willing to do any scope of carpentry, site cleaning, etc. Carpentry work would include but not limited to:
- Installing door hardware
- Installing decorative hardware, towel bars, etc
- Framing, siding, temporary walls
- Vacuuming, wiping, mopping, etc. when necessary
- Digging holes and installing granite fence posts (with assistance)
- Laying out and building pressure treated utility pedestal for pool equipment
- Moving material, including construction trash and domestic/moving trash (no biohazard)
- Basic painting and masking
Pay is based on experience, $25-$30 hourly. Benefits offered
