Are you a skilled apprentice or helper electrician looking to join a dynamic team in the renewable energy industry? In this role, you as an electrical helper/apprentice will be responsible for installing solar panels and related equipment. The ideal electrician will have a background in electrical work and experience with solar panel installation.
Key Responsibilities:
Electrical Wiring: Inspect electrical systems and equipment for any damage, malfunctions, and safety hazards. Proficiently connect solar power systems to building electrical systems, including knowledge of AC and DC circuits, conduits, and junction boxes.
Safety Compliance: Prioritize safety at all times, adhering to industry best practices and safety protocols while working at heights and with electrical components. Ensure compliance with all systems.
Electrician Qualifications:
MAINE Electrical apprentice or helper's license required
Experience with solar panel installation and maintenance
Strong understanding of electrical systems and codes
Good communication and customer service skills
