Join MA Builders as a skilled carpenter! This full-time, M-F position offers competitive compensation of $28-$32 per hour, based on experience, along with benefits including a monthly health stipend, PTO, sick days, paid holidays, Family Leave, Simple IRA with company match, annual tool allowance, and continuing education reimbursement.
Responsibilities:
Follow Lead Carpenter's directives and project schedule
Coordinate effectively with crew and subcontractors
Support Project Manager and team members as needed
Mentor Apprentice Carpenters to develop their skills
Preferred Carpentry Skills:
Proficiency in operating tools safely and efficiently
Layout and execution of framing, roofing, and siding
Installation of windows, doors, and trim
Ability to provide instructions to Apprentices
Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of carpentry/building experience
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
High school diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements:
Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs
Ability to work on ladders and in various weather conditions
Physical mobility around job sites
