Fine Gardening Crew Leader
Stephen Carr Property Services is looking to fill the position of Fine Gardening Crew Leader. This position will join our growing crew! The Fine Gardening Crew Leader is responsible for leading in designing, organizing, ordering, and installing seasonal flowers and bulbs. We are seeking a motivated individual with a positive attitude who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in their work and can get along very well with others. This position will join our already hard-working team of Fine Gardeners maintaining beautiful established landscapes along the Maine and New Hampshire seacoast. Our gardening crews work on routine garden bed maintenance, specialized pruning, garden restoration, installation of seasonal flowers and bulbs, winter decorating and décor, interior plantings, watering, winterizing and work on new planting jobs with our installation team.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of Experience in garden maintenance required
- 3-5 years of experience in container design, installation and maintenance required
- Horticulture Degree or Certificates Desired
- Must be able to lift 30-50 Lbs.
- Valid Driver’s License Required
- This is a working field position
