Position Overview
This full-time laborer role is vital to supporting our projects at various job sites. Laborers assist skilled tradespeople, prepare and maintain work areas, handle tools and materials, and ensure safety standards are maintained. Project types may include foundations, utilities, roadwork, and other construction-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist skilled tradespeople with project tasks
Prepare and maintain work areas
Handle tools and materials safely and efficiently
Follow all safety standards and company protocols
Qualifications
Required: Valid driver’s license
Preferred but not required: Experience with foundations, utilities, and roadwork (training provided for the right candidate)
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
