White Custom Carpentry is looking for a lead carpenter and a carpenter. WCC is a small company that specializes in custom homes and renovations. We are currently booked for the next year and beyond.
lead carpenter maybe someone that could have his own business but doesnt want the hassle of scheduling and management. The right person will be running a crew of 2 or 3 other carpenters. Must have experience in start to finish building of quality homes. Must be able to read and follow prints. Must hold the crew quality to a high standard.
Carpenter must have experience with framing, siding, trim, and the whole construction process. Must be reliable and professional, able to follow plans and directions, work both with a crew and independently, and willing to learn.
I generally pay every 2 weeks
Pay based on qualifications and work ethic.
