Lead Gutter Technician, Seamless Gutter Specialists, LLC.
Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Management:
- Maintain a comprehensive inventory of materials in stock.
- Ensure timely ordering of supplies to meet job requirements.
2. Communication:
- Effectively communicate with customers, sales personnel and management regarding change orders or any project-related queries.
3. Team Leadership:
- Lead and supervise a small team of gutter installers.
- Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
4. On-Site Operations:
- Drive company truck and trailer to job sites and return to the shop at end of day.
- Perform machine change-overs (5” to 6”, 6” to 5”) as needed.
- Set up ladders as required for the job.
- Utilize the "Monday" app to determine specific job requirements.
- Obtain and record accurate measurements on-site.
- Remove existing gutters scheduled for replacement.
- Determine if fascia repairs are required and perform repairs if needed.
- Determine if spacers are required for proper installation.
- Assist with gutter manufacturing and preparation as needed.
- Install gutters and downspouts according to project specifications.
5. Job Site Cleanup:
- Ensure the job site is clean and free of debris at the end of each project.
- Safely stow away tools and equipment.
6. Customer Interaction:
- Perform a walk-around with the customer (if possible) to ensure satisfaction.
- Collect payments upon project completion when possible.
7. Documentation:
- Update the "Monday" app with before and after photos, as well as any relevant notes.
8. Financial Accountability:
- Return any collected payments to the office promptly.
9. Preparation for Future Jobs:
- Prepare for the next day's jobs by organizing tools and materials.
