R.P. Morrison Builders (www.rpmorrisonbuilders.com) is looking for skilled carpenters with at least 3+ years of experience to join our team. We are a family owned and operated high end residential construction company looking for self motivated / driven carpenters who enjoy working on unique custom homes with a willingness to learn. Framing, siding and finish experience required.
We are a stable professional general contractor who has been in business for over 40 years. If you are looking for job security and stability, this is the job for you. Full time employment with 40 hours a week. We believe in treating our carpenters like family and operating as a collaborative team.
Benefits include: 2 weeks paid vacation after 6 months of employment (this increases over length of employment), paid holidays, bonuses for strong work ethic and 401K with employer match program. We also provide compensation for gas when projects are outside of a 45 minute work radius.
Employees responsible or their own transportation and basic tool pouch / hand tools. We provide all power tools needed. Current and near term projects in Freeport, Raymond and Otisfield.
Pay based on skills and experience. Will adjust pay to skill and experience. Looking for solid people who can grow with us!
