Maintenance Tech / Carpentry Position – General building maintenance knowledge needed (carpentry, plumbing, painting, cleaning, etc.) This position would assist the landlord with ongoing maintenance needs of several apartment buildings. Looking for someone reliable who can commit to 15 or more hours per week. Availability for on call emergencies is a must. Increased hours will depend on skills, performance, availability and reliability. Position is in Lewiston , Maine.
This would be a great opportunity for a retired carpenter looking to go back to work part time and have a flexible schedule. Someone who doesn’t mind working alone and is self motivated.
