Four Pines Painting is seeking an experienced painter with project management experience to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will have multiple years of experience in painting both interior and exterior of homes, both new construction and repaints.
You will also have the ability to work autonomously, fulfilling the duties of both managing the scope of the project and the crew working on it.
Our PM will be first at the shop in Lewiston each morning, preparing for the day and readying gear for the crew.
Our PM will have the option of driving a company van to and from the job site each day.
Our PM will report directly to the owner of the company. He or she will be responsible for ordering product as needed, assuring that product makes it to the job site, assuring each employee has assigned tasks for the day, has been trained on those tasks, and has the proper tools to do those tasks safely. Finally, the PM will be responsible for double checking the work completed by the crew members to assure our standards have been met.
This is a position for someone who hopes to build a career in a growing company. There will be room for advancement as we have recently acquired a 94 year old company with a painting adjacent scope of work.
