Looking for an experienced Property Maintenance Technician to handle repairs, turnovers, and ongoing maintenance at 3 apartment communities in Auburn, Maine.
Pay: $28/hour - $30/hour based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with rotating on-call responsibilities
Location: Auburn, Maine (on-site role covering 3 apartment communities)

Key Responsibilities
Perform maintenance including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and minor appliance repair
Manage apartment turnovers
Handle snow plowing, sanding and snow removal in the winter (company truck is provided for snow plowing)
Maintain positive tenant relationships and communicate effectively with the General Manager regarding maintenance needs
Work independently to manage daily priorities and emergencies with minimal supervision
What You Bring
3+ years of experience in apartment maintenance, general contracting, or a skilled trade
Strong troubleshooting and repair skills across multiple systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
2+ years experience snow plowing with a good driving record
Comfortable working independently and known for having a strong work ethic
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform some physically demanding tasks
Ability to use a smartphone and basic maintenance tools confidently
Must be willing to be available for occasional after-hours and weekend emergency call-outs
Background check required
Fluent in English
