Maine Heating Solutions has an immediate full time opening for an Oil & Propane service technician to join our team. We are a locally and independently owned provider covering areas between Kennebunk and Jay Maine. Candidates must have a minimum of a Journeyman’s license for Oils 1&2 and possess a CTEP endorsement for Propane or willing to obtain. Must have a clean driving record. This position will be mainly in the Greater Portland area. Job duties will include installing, repairing, and maintaining Oil and Propane equipment. Estimating repair work and front line customer interaction. The ideal candidate would be a Master Oil and CTEP certified individual looking to join a growing team. We are a small hands on company that will allow the flexibility for uncapped growth. Every employee at MHS is of management caliber. Our goal is to allow all our staff the opportunity to learn, grow, and perform at the highest level. Compensation range will be from $45-65,000 per year and would be based on experience and talent. Sign on bonus, annual bonus, and performance bonus’s available and encouraged. Company vehicle, phone, uniform expense, and tool allowance are included. Two weeks paid vacation to start, sick days, holidays, and personal time.
Every service technician with us is a service manager, sales consultant, installer, and trouble shooter. Our dynamics are different than most companies in that each employee is the beginning and end to what we offer our customers. At MHS you will be in a position that is more than an average Service Technician.
