We are seeking an experienced Skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. This role involves assisting with various tasks on construction sites, including operating tools, installing materials, and performing general labor duties.
Laborer Responsibilities:
Assist with site setup and teardown
Operate hand/power tools and heavy equipment safely
Perform basic carpentry, masonry, and concrete tasks if applicable
Follow safety guidelines and company policies
Laborer Requirements:
Experience in construction and tool handling
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding conditions
Good communication skills and team player
