ABLE TRADES is a flourishing business with a 20+ year track record of business and is family owned and operated. We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our ABLE Weatherization team. We weatherize homes by installing various types of insulation, spray foam, door replacements, window replacements, bathroom exhaust fans, etc.
As a member of our 2-3 person teams, you will play a vital role in fulfilling these tasks. We are willing to train persons in weatherization skills who already have carpentry skills. Carpentry skills can range from general to expert (compensated accordingly).

Requirements:
Have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time and climb under a mobile home as needed.
Ability to follow instructions and be a team player.
Act in alignment with Core Values of Service, Integrity, Respect and Perseverance.
Pass criminal background check.
Location:
Lewiston is the hub however jobs can be local or occasionally up to 90 minutes. Travel time & mileage is paid per policy. Inquire for full details.
Minimal use of own small tools required as many of the necessary tools are provided.
