Key Responsibilities
Hands-On Duties: Perform energy efficiency services such as insulation and air sealing in attics, basements, and other areas of the home
Mentor and Train: Provide training, guidance, and feedback to technicians
Project Management/Lead a Team: Ensure projects are completed according to company standards, on schedule, and within budget
Customer Interaction: Communicate directly with homeowners to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Safety and Quality Control: Ensure all work is performed safely, with attention to detail and adherence to quality standards
Administrative Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records
Qualifications
Ability to manage a team and provide constructive feedback
At least 3-5 years of experience in residential energy efficiency or a related trade (such as insulation, or general construction)
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Pay: $30/hour and up, based on experience
