Furniture Sanding, finishing and packing
We're a small, locally owned furniture shop and we're looking for a new employee to help us sand and finish our pieces. Duties may also include help in wrapping and boxing for shipment. Woodworking experience not needed! In fact, we prefer to train someone. We use power orbital sanders for the majority of the work and hand sand the edges. We work primarily with solid hardwoods.
The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and ready for long, strenuous days in the shop. We work 9-5 Mon-Fri. Part-time/ full-time are both possible.
Pay starts at 18 hourly and moves quickly into the low/mid twenties.
3 weeks paid time off to start with several more days each year of service.
