Capstone Logistics is looking for Independent Contractors/Owner Operators with Cargo or Sprinter vans. Vendor cargo which will include postal and Rx -Prescriptions, and other vendors, etc.
The desired candidates must meet all the basic job requirements. Owner Operators encouraged to apply!

Shift: Full -Time (Monday-Friday)
(3) Routes Available ASAP! 1st come 1st serve
Terminal Locations: Portland or Westbrook, ME.
Hours: 5:00 a.m. / 7;00 a.m. Load estimated time back to terminal 2:00 p.m.- 3:00 p.m./ Load and Unload Daily
Stops: 17-27
Pay: $240-$400 Daily
Vehicles MUST be provided by the contractor; we do not provide vehicles.
Contractor Vehicles should be:
“Cargo (Extended &/or High Top) & Sprinter Vans ONLY with ample space for large loads.”
Easy Requirements
18 years of age or older
A valid driver’s license and current insurance
A clean Motor Vehicle Report
Ability to meet vehicle requirements (Driver must be listed on vehicle Insurance)
Must have and be able to use a smartphone
Heavy Lifting required daily
All vendors will operate their own delivery vehicle. Stable routes and pay.
No call/no shows, Call-outs with no coverage will result in termination.

Cargo & Sprinter VANS with ample space for large orders! Vehicles MUST BE provided on behalf of the contractors
Fees: All IC Drivers are subject to various Start-up/standard industry deductions. A few examples highlighted below.

On average, Fees can go up to/beyond $40/week per I/C Driver.
