The Opportunity: As a Logistics Coordinator at Lynch Logistics, Inc., you will play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of our logistics team. This full-time position focuses on warehouse shipping and receiving, shipment management, billing, and office clerical functions. You will be the link between our customers, warehouse associates, and drivers, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service.

What You’ll Do:

Greet customers and provide exceptional service.

Communicate with customer stakeholders via email, fax, and phone.

Perform data entry for inventory management and generate pick tickets.

Coordinate with Warehouse Associates to ensure accurate customer information.

Generate customer billing on a weekly or monthly basis.

Assist with inventory management.

Enter data into TMS/Prophesy software and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.

Provide phone support for CDL drivers and clerical support for the trucking division.

Serve as backup support to the Transportation/Dispatch Team.

Must-haves in a Candidate:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Transportation Management Systems, and Warehouse Management Systems.

Experience in logistics, transportation, or warehousing.

Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Detail-oriented mindset with a positive, can-do attitude.

Exceptional customer service skills.

Nice to Have in a Candidate:

Experience with ELDS, HOS, or dispatching.

Familiarity with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or billing.

Ability to perform data analysis to drive operational efficiency.

Knowledge of inventory management systems and processes.
