Need the right person ASAP!
Person with 'objectivity' and familiarity with legal matters needed to edit/re-write information from an existing 20+/- page written document and also based on various exhibits. (Document to be submitted to a state agency).
Experience with flow charting software to create a visual snapshot of events is a plus, but certainly not necessary.
Needed is to assure that issues are presented clearly, necessary documents are attached to support conclusions, and are accurately referenced to in a single page numbered index.
Essential is the ability to meet initially for perhaps one (1) hour in order to expedite all matters pertaining to this re-write, i.e., to provide verbal background information and to explain details of the accompanying exhibits and as to how they are to be associated with this final re-write document.
Meeting via internet sources such as Skype will not be sufficient for this initial meeting. If you are considered for this task this meeting would be held either at my professional office or at a public place likely at a local library between Kennebunk and Saco (your choice).
When responding it is necessary to answer the essential questions listed below because the person selected will need to start within 24 hours of having been selected:
1) Have you included your resume or other information to clearly demonstrate your abilities & experience?
2) Have you included pertinent information such as your experience as a writer (understandable if you need to redact information?
3) Are you able to meet in person?
4) What is the earliest available date you would be able to begin reviewing information and writing?
5) What is the hourly rate you would charge for your services (or flat fee)?
Estimated time to complete would be one (1) possibly two (2) days.
Majority of your writing can be accomplished from your home or office.
