Job ProfileThe CNC Machinist serves as a Subject Matter Expert in metal alloy production, responsible for programming, machining, and packaging finished products. Follows work instructions to complete shop orders on time while ensuring quality and accuracy.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and program CNC and manual equipment (Lathe, Mill, Saw, Laser Engraver) to produce quality parts efficiently.Follow safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work area; report incidents promptly.Use ERP (IFS) system for inventory management, labor entry, and workflow adjustments.Support inventory control, including auditing and reordering supplies.Perform equipment maintenance, repairs, and hazardous waste coordination duties.Assist in New Product Development (NPD) and document procedures aligned with LGC's Quality System.Complete special projects and exemplify company core values daily.
