Responsibilities include initiating and/or reviewing a variety of agency human resource/payroll related matters. Examples of key duties which will be performed include: assisting and guiding managers through the recruitment and selection process, serving as the designee for MSFS Workers' Comp claims, assisting with matters affecting payroll, scheduling and overseeing the pre-employment screening process for new employees and assisting employees with all other general HR related questions.
