DescriptionLOCATION: REMOTE (Prefer candidate to live in MD/VA/DC area; will need to attend occasional events)STATUS: Actively interviewing!TRAVEL: Up to 10%CLEARANCE: Secret clearance is desired with the ability to obtain a government clearanceBENEFITS: 401K, Life/Health/ Dental/Disability Insurance, Flexible Paid Leave and Tuition Reimbursement.DESCRIPTION: Patricio Enterprises is seeking a candidate to serve as the Software Engineer for DEVCOM SAP SuccessFactors that will be hosted in the cloud as well as support DEVCOM with developing strategies, monitoring executions and advising on solutions and implementation.Primary duties will include (but not limited to):

Serve as the SME for DEVCOM SAP SuccessFactors that will be hosted in the cloud.

Support DEVCOM with developing strategies, monitoring executions and advising on solutions and implementation.

Provide guidance on system architecture and recommend solutions in alignment with systems engineering best practices.

Be able to improve operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures.

Conduct Requirement Analysis, conduct interviews with stakeholders and document functional and technical requirements.

Conduct system design and configuration on SAP SuccessFactors modules, customize forms and workflows, and test interfaces.

Investigate and configure integrations with other government and third-party systems, to include testing the design.

Conduct data migration as necessary, extract data from legacy systems, cleanse and transform data, and load data into SAP SuccessFactors.

Conduct unit testing of configurations, integration testing with other systems, and support User acceptance testing (UAT).

Develop training materials, conduct end-user training sessions, and prepare system documentation.

Support system deployment with go-live preparation and post-implementation support.

Maintain the system post go-live, respond to and helpdesk tickets, implement fixes, and provide customer support.

Must be able to perform within a team environment or independently when requested and have the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

Support meetings, provide presentations, discussions, etc via TEAMS.

Provide Weekly Activity Reports on accomplished tasks.

Education and Experience:

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in supporting and leading SAP solutions with a focus in SuccesFactors preferred.

Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in leading, planning, executing, and monitoring tasks.

The contractor shall have professional certifications/accreditations in SAP SuccessFactors modules like Employee. Central, Performance & Goal Management, Compensations, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning and Succession; In lieu of having professional certifications/accreditations, the contractor shall have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in implementing SuccessFactors solutions.

Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in implementing configurations for SAP SuccessFactors modules like Employee Central, Performance & Goal Management, Compensations, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning and Succession.

Knowledge of integrating SAP SuccessFactors with other SAP modules or third-party systems.

Have excellent communication skills (Verbally and Written).

Have a basic understanding for conducting software analysis and providing changes or recommendations within policies and procedures.
