Oversees and manages all TSP and CBT development in order to ensure that these products are delivered within cost, on time, and within CDRL specifications.
Leads lower-graded training developers by providing expert guidance and assistance and is considered an expert for providing technical guidance and information to meet requirements.
Reviews, assisst and mentors lower-grade employee’s work for quality, accuracy of work.
Coordinates work efforts with Contract Officer Representative.
Serves as an expert for providing technical guidance and information to meet requirements.
Oversees the development of materials for training courses.
Conducts training courses with a professional understanding of the principals of learning and teaching methods, and be able to demonstrate their ability to apply principles and methods.
Prepares lesson plans, training catalogs, course materials, write instructional objectives and achieve a high standard during all training.
Serves as an expert in instructional technology to include knowledge of audiovisual design and production and policies and procedures, which lead to qualification as an instructor.
Interprets and articulatse signal analysis, schematic diagram analysis, block diagrams, and wiring diagrams.
Informs students of the complete objective purpose of the lesson while maintaining motivation and interest throughout the entire classroom instruction.
Designs, conceptualizes training scenarios, approaches, objectives, plans, tools, aids, curriculums, and other state of the art technologies, related to training and behavioral studies.
Trains personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars.
Identifies the best approach training requirements to include, but not limited to, hardware, software, simulations, course assessment and refreshment, assessment centers, oral examinations, interviews, computer assisted and adaptive testing, behavior-based assessment and performance, and team and unit assessment and measurement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
A minimum of ten (10) years progressive experience in planning and overseeing Material Fielding Services IAW PWS section 3.5.
Well-versed in training students in tasks required to test-operate, align, repair, service, and fault-isolate / troubleshoot the particular system to the lowest-replaceable units.
A minimum of eight (8) years related experience may be substituted for education.
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.Physical Demands:
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
