Link Solutions is seeking an Enterprise Network Manager to join our team at Adelphi, MD.Must be a US Citizen DoD Secret Clearance requiredNon-remote (relocation incentive available)Our Enterprise Networking Manager will be responsible for the full lifecycle of enterprise networking operations to include planning and implementation, optimization, and security integration. As a leader, you will lead complex projects, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in accordance with DoD and ARL IT policies at the Army Research Laboratory in Adelphi, MD.  Job Responsibilities:Design, install, configure, and maintain enterprise LAN/WAN/MAN infrastructures, including IPV4/IPV6, IPSec VPN, and voice/video systems.Lead the configuration and troubleshooting of Layer 2/3 switches, routers, firewalls, encryption devices, wireless access points, and associated networking gear.Oversee network control center operations to ensure 24/7 availability and proactive incident management.Guide network modernization efforts, new technology integration, and network architecture strategies.Collaborate with engineering and cybersecurity teams to develop compliant, secure, and scalable network solutions aligned with INFOSEC and COMSEC requirements.Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, ensuring effective integration with existing systems.Deliver comprehensive documentation for designs, configurations, and system operations.Supervise and mentor junior and mid-level network engineers, promoting a high-performing and collaborative team culture.Translate business and mission requirements into technical networking solutions and support documentation.Participate in security audits, STIG compliance checks, and vulnerability remediation processes related to network assets.Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
