This position offers significant opportunities for career advancement and professional growth while supporting critical missions and operations. Job Responsibilities:Evaluate existing end-user IT equipment to identify systems requiring refresh based on lifecycle, performance, and security compliance.Plan and execute technical refresh initiatives, ensuring minimal operational disruptions and seamless transitions.Develop, review, and modify standard operating procedures related to property book requirements and hardware lifecycle management.Conduct internal audits and develop/review corrective action plans to support asset and inventory accuracy.Negotiate supplier agreements, coordinate hardware deliveries, and oversee vendor performance as part of refresh operations.Maintain detailed documentation of hardware configurations, refresh schedules, and change management activities.Coordinate material movement and resource allocation to meet delivery schedules and program goals.Provide training to internal and external stakeholders on refresh procedures, asset tracking systems, and associated software tools.Lead or participate in process improvement teams, identifying efficiencies in procurement, logistics, and deployment processes.Collaborate closely with IT, logistics, and security teams to ensure refreshed systems meet technical and compliance standards.Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
