This employee will be the key to keeping the office flow operating smoothly.
They will help get patients in from the wait list. Keep running updated list for those who are waiting for an appointment.
Handle the confirmations and ensure all information is entered into the computer and the data is ready for the patient's upcoming appointment. This person will check in the patients and enter new information into the computer system.
Must
be prompt and time conscious
the ability to multitask.
very comfortable with the computer
have excellent skills with children of all ages, including special needs,
be a good team player
must be comfortable presenting treatment plans for patients
at least one year of dental experience or medical office experience necessary
