Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst, Need to Live in Annapolis, MD Area As the Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst, you will be responsible for driving and managing the Change Management efforts for our clients.  Your primary goal will be to ensure successful adoption of new technologies, processes, and organizational changes by creating and implementing effective Change Management strategies.  This role requires strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of Change Management principles and best practices.  You must be willing to travel up to 50-75%, depending on client requirements.  This is a Hybrid position with some Onsite required. Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive Change Management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.- Conduct change impact and readiness assessments to identify key stakeholders, understand the change landscape, and evaluate the organization's capacity for change.- Collaborate with project teams to integrate Change Management activities into project plans.- Design and deliver Change Management and communication initiatives, including training programs, workshops, and informational materials.- Serve as a Change Management advisor to senior leaders and project sponsors, providing guidance and support to drive successful change initiatives.- Identify and manage potential resistance to change, developing strategies to address and mitigate risks.- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Change Management activities, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting the adoption of Change Management best practices and methodologies.
