Lead ASIC NPI and production material planning and execution process.
Leverage learning from existing programs, drive process improvement and apply automation.
Own and drive NPI material planning strategy.
Lead NPI requirements gathering and support ASIC NPI planning activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure availability of parts throughout the ASIC program lifecycle.
Manage cross-functional expectations and internal communication.
Drive ASIC suppliers to meet Meta ASIC program NPI needs.
Measure and track SLA.
Work with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and staging of material.
Own vendor communication for material planning, prioritization and escalation.
Ensure contract compliance with respect to delivery, quality and price.
Analyze the overall supply chain to identify risk and drive resolution to systemic supply chain issues affecting quality, cost, delivery or lead-times.
Lead measuring supplier performance, root cause issues, and drive improved supplier performance in delivery and quality.
Depending on the project, ensure appropriate levels of strategy, definition and development to the supply chain (physical, financial and information flows) in the areas of design and source have been implemented to support released products.
Telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in the U.S.
Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Analytics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 24 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Requires 24 months of experience involving the following:
Supply chain planning for new technology products
Supply chain analytics
Demand planning, supply planning, sales, and operations planning
Safety stock and inventory optimization projects
Global inventory allocation
Supply capacity planning
Inventory optimization planning
Data analysis and database management
Product lifecycle management and project management.
