Leo is searching for an Assistant FOH manager for our busy, farm to table concept in Annapolis.
Leo restaurant and bar in downtown Annapolis is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Front of House Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of serving and bartending experience in an upscale dining capacity - previous management experience is a plus.
A little about us- we are a locally owned farm to table concept, focusing on sustainably sourced ingredients from local purveyors and farms. We are a tight knit team of industry professionals who are passionate about providing a great experience for our guests. Our food and drink menu changes seasonally, so we are constantly learning and growing. As owners, we strive to set everyone up for success, giving them all the tools necessary to do their jobs in the best way possible.
Key Responsibilities:
Support servers, hosts and bartenders as floor manager 4 nights per week
Take bar and dry goods inventory once per week
Bar prep: juicing, making syrups, garnishes
Curating seasonal cocktail lists
Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards
Assist in marketing promotions and special events as needed
Qualifications
Proven experience in bartending
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards.
