About Us: At Leo we are a busy farm to table restaurant in downtown Annapolis, MD. We are passionate about creating exceptional experiences for our guests and supporting other local farms and small businesses. We pride ourselves on our high-energy, welcoming environment and are currently looking for a Barback to join our team and help ensure our bar runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Setting up, stocking and organizing the bar.
Washing glassware, utensils, and bar tools.
Ensuring that the bar area remains clean and well-maintained.
Assisting bartenders with serving customers.
Refilling ice, garnishes, and other supplies throughout the shift.
Assisting with the breakdown of the bar area at the end of the shift.
Communicating and working with servers and managers in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Previous barback or food and beverage experience is a plus but not required.
Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to lift heavy boxes and equipment (up to 50 lbs).
Must be 21+
This is a part time shift on Friday and Saturday nights. Hours are 2:30pm to approximately 11:30pm depending on volume.
