ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER: Looking for an experienced server and/or bartender. We will train to oversee Front of House operations. The Bolter Restaurant Group prides itself on bar/restaurant concepts that overdeliver on award winning beverage and dining experiences in laidback, relaxed, beautiful surroundings.
This is a working AGM position. You will start as head server overseeing the busiest shifts and transition to server/bartender. That allows you to supervise the staff and handle guest interactions with first hand experience. As importantly, it creates additional income for this position. This is an ideal position for a current restaurant head server looking for a change or senior front of house server/bartender ready to move into management.
