Historic Reynolds Tavern is accepting applications for Floor Manager for Restaurant, Tea Room and 1747 Pub. This is an Hourly Manger Position, 20-25 Hours per week; however can lead to full time if applicable.
Reynolds Tavern is an Historic building on Church Circle in Annapolis. We offer a Traditional Afternoon Tea Service, Overnight Accommodations, Lunch and Dinner (dinner on weekends currently) in our first floor dining rooms and 7 days a week Lunch and Dinner in our 1747 Pub. In Spring we also have a large outdoor Beer Garden. We are a small family owned business and enjoy the history of the building and like to bring in staff who enjoy communicating with our guests. Many local, and many who travel to enjoy the unique history and charm of Annapolis.
Must be 21 or older
Experience working Front of House
Problem Solving
Great Communications Skills
Working Knowledge of POS systems
Positive Relationship building with Employees and Customers
Dependability and Flexibility
Ability to take on responsibilities such as Inventory
Interest in Collaborating on ideas for adding to Event offerings and business expansion
Ability to lead by example, and provide clear and consistent direction
Ability to follow and share company policies and procedures
Hourly Management Position
Must have flexibility with schedule, some evenings and some day shifts are possible. Please provide resume and references to the email address provided.
