The Role

This is more than a typical assisting position.

The ideal candidate brings impeccable chairside skills, a calming presence, and the flexibility to support front desk functions when needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certified Dental Assistant with Radiology certification

Minimum of 2 years chairside experience (required)

CPR certification

Strong understanding of infection control and sterilization protocols

Familiarity with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft)

Cross-trained in front desk responsibilities (scheduling, insurance verification, patient intake)

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

What You’ll Do:

Deliver efficient and compassionate chairside assistance

Support both routine and complex dental procedures

Educate patients on post-op care and oral hygiene

Prepare treatment rooms to clinical standards

Maintain inventory and sterilization protocols

Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support team flow
