Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care and assist with daily activities (bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility)
Monitor and report changes in patient conditions
Maintain a safe and clean environment
Offer emotional support to residents and families
Requirements:
Active GNA license in Maryland or multistates
Current CPR certification
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Dependable, caring, and professional attitude
