PAINTER JOB DESCRIPTION:
Experienced, quality painter with reliable transportation (within 45 minutes driving to Severna Park)
Able to do high quality, custom painting
Interior/Exterior work on New and Existing homes
Must be neat, clean, with good work habits
Must be able to work well with others as a team
Full time, year round work
Great compensation and room for advancement
Looking for people interested in full time employment, no subcontractors please.
At least 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
Starting Salary: $18-$20/hr
SIGNING BONUS AVAILABLE - UP TO $500! (subject to terms and conditions)
HELPER JOB DESCRIPTION:
Demonstrate willingness to work and learn
Be able to work in a fast paced environment
Must be neat, clean, with good work habits
Be able to get to work at 7:30 and work throughout the day
Must be able to work well with others
Full time, year round work
Great compensation and room for advancement
Starting salary: $12.50-15/hr
SIGNING BONUS AVAILABLE - UP TO $250! (terms and conditions apply)
PAINTING SUBCONTRACTORS:
Must be a fully experienced painter with spray, brush, and roll. Excellent work is required.
Must have: General Liability Insurance, Auto Insurance, Tools/Van, Subcontractors License, and Workers Compensation insurance.
We can help get you set up with paperwork if needed.
Contract based work. Payment is immediate upon completion.
COMPENSATION/BENEFITS
HEALTH CARE AVAILABLE
Hourly Wage will be negotiated based on skill level and aptitude.
Bonuses will be based on performance, and holidays
5-10 days vacation (subject to negotiation)
Paid holidays off, if they fall on a weekday. (at company's discretion)
Overtime available after 40hrs.
We work in Annapolis, Severna Park, Parole, Millersville, and the surrounding areas. You will need to have reliable transportation to and from our job sites in these areas.
