Experienced Attorney wanted on an ongoing basis (5 to 15 hours per week) to work remotely, with a semi-retired AA county real estate investor. Must be admitted to the Maryland Bar, preferably with 5 or more years of experience.
Areas of practice must include one or more of the following: Business, real estate, and/or family law.
Duties would include reviewing contracts, addressing legal issues as they arise, and providing guidance on various business and legal matters. Court appearances as needed.
Need to be familiar with real estate issues, family law, and other areas as needed. Must be able to, as needed, draft pleadings, motions, discovery, interrogatories, requests for production, as well as any and all necessary documents needed for court proceedings.
Perfect for the sole practitioner just starting out on their own, or winding down into semi-retirement, while looking to utilize unbilled hours.
