Marketing & Project Coordinator - (Paid Per Project)
Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented self-starter with a knack for making smart decisions? We're hiring immediately for a Paid Per Project Marketing & Project Coordinator to help manage our diverse projects and initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing:
This role is centered on getting things done and managing the process from start to finish. Key responsibilities include:
Making Good Marketing Decisions: Evaluating project needs and making sound, strategic choices about how to best move forward.
High-Level Project Organization: Keeping all project elements organized, clear, and on track.
Meticulous Follow-Up: Follow-up is absolutely critical and central to this position. You must be relentless and effective in following up with team members, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met and communication is clear.
Managing High-Level Personnel: Coordinating and managing the workflow of high-level contractors and team members.
Who Should Apply?
This position is a great fit if you have a proven background in managing complex workflows. While direct marketing experience is a plus, the ability to manage people, processes, and deadlines is paramount.

Paid Per Completed Project: Your pay will be determined and paid upon the successful completion of each assigned project. Compensation will be discussed in detail during the interview process.
