Shopkeeper, Retail/Shop Assistant, Key Holder.
A true servant at heart, our ideal "shopkeeper" would be thrilled each time a customer walks through the door. We love to make the process of selecting the perfect florals or gifts a special time for each client we meet. If you love talking to people, and helping to understand someones needs, you will thrive in this role.
You must have an eye for detail and design. If you are crafty and creative, you will find many ways to use and enjoy your talents working with our team. This is a full time position / approximately 40 hours per week. Regular Saturday availability is required. Flexible/Open availability required during weekday shop hours of 9AM-6PM.

You are:
Very flexible! We are growing rapidly. No day is ever quite the same. You will have to switch gears often, run upstairs, run downstairs, answer the phone, clean flowers, cover the front desk, whip up a bouquet, sweep the floor, tidy the bathroom, make a gift basket, run a quick delivery, handle a wedding sales inquiry, etc all in a days work. If this doesn't sound fun, then this is probably not the right gig for you!
Extremely friendly and outgoing. You must love talking to strangers and building rapport
Very creative. Floral or Retail experience is a plus, but suitable creative or customer service experience is substitutable.
Very hardworking! You wouldn't mind eating lunch while working to meet a deadline or rearranging your schedule to make sure the work gets done.
Extremely empathetic to the needs and demands of your coworkers - we are a family oriented work environment.
Availability for a full time schedule within Monday - Saturday and occasionally some Sundays from 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM. Willing to work holidays (We close on Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, but we work all the Eves!)
