The Case Manager/Coach ensures access and equitable services for families. Coaches are the bridge that connects low-income individuals and families with critical services to achieve economic mobility.
Attends and actively participates in required training, meetings, and presentations.
Participates in organization's outreach and advocacy activities.
Coordinates with other agencies and partner programs.
Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or related field, or 5 at least years’ experience as a case manager or related position.
Knowledge of community resources
Experience using database software desirable.
Must be able to pass a background check and a Child Protective Services
background check
