Requirements:
Must have minimal 1 year CONSTRUCTION knowledge and Construction office experience.
Good phone skills and detail-oriented message taking.
Proficient with Micro-soft and Excel, some QuickBook experience needed.
Self-motivated, good communication and organizational skills.
Job Duties:
Answer telephones, screen calls, take messages, check voice mails.
Track and record crew hours for job cost & payroll.
Complete Time & Material sheets for jobs and invoice.
Maintain current client list.
Enter all material cost to job cost sheet.
Type contracts and invoices.
Filing of project folders, accounts payable receipts, etc
Various other office tasks.
Hours & Rate: This position is Part-time Monday, Wednesday & Friday,
NO weekends or Holidays.
Additional hours available to cover office personal vacations and time off.
Hourly rate (commensurate with experience) bonus potential.
