We are seeking a reliable Property Runner / Inspector to conduct field visits to residential properties throughout Baltimore, Anne Arundel, Harford, and Prince George’s County. This role supports renovation oversight by documenting property condition, securing properties, and verifying progress during renovations.
Responsibilities:
-Visit assigned properties weekly or as needed
-Capture high-quality photos & walkthrough videos of property condition and work progress
-Upload media into CompanyCam with correct labeling
-Install lockboxes, replace or rekey locks, and secure properties
-Measure kitchens, walls, windows, and ceiling heights with a tape measure
-Identify issues and report discrepancies to the operations team
-Communicate findings in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
-Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
-Smartphone with a high-quality camera
-Ability to use apps, including CompanyCam
-Flexible schedule for time-sensitive field visits
-Comfortable working independently in vacant or partially renovated homes
-Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
Preferred (not required)
-Experience in construction, inspections, handyman work, property management, or real estate
-Familiarity with basic tools and tape measure usage
Compensation
-Hourly pay or fixed price per task structure
