The candidate should be confident communicating regularly with the client in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. The candidate should maintain familiarity with interior design and trends in order to provide the best ideas for clients.
Responsibilities
Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects
Meet with client in order to understand the client's objectives and desires
Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client's needs
Prepare presentations (3D, 2D,mock-ups) for clients
Create quotes for clients and ensure full workflow is followed
Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant
Qualifications
Our company is currently seeking to add a full-time kitchen and bathroom designer/ estimator. You will be working out of our 4500 SF kitchen and bathroom showroom. Our showroom has 13 fully set up bathrooms, kitchen displays, and all the products to provide our customers with a professional presentation. You will have access to the best products and education to further your status in the kitchen and bath industry.
Our company is established with over 70 years of sales and service in the Baltimore/ Washington area.

What would your day would look like after full training:
Meet with clients in their home to measure kitchen or bath, discover their wishes, goal, look, and budget.
Design the kitchen or bathroom.
Meet clients in showroom to pick selections and go over contracts.
Post your finished kitchen and bathroom projects on social media.
Keep in touch with your clients to gain relationships and referrals.

Experience with ProKitchen a plus but will train
Residential kitchen and bath estimating/design experience a plus but will train the right candidate.
