The Grossman Agency protects families with life, whole life, mortgage protection, annuities, index
universal life, etc. There is no cold calling, our leads system provides you with plenty of warm leads.
If you are not licensed, our fast-track licensing program will get you licensed and earn money quickly.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Research and find the best product from our 40+ A-rated carriers to protect new and existing
clients.
Contact potential clients to set up a consultation (phone or Zoom).
Stay in contact with the carriers and clients until the client is protected.
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in sales, customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
Deadline and detail-oriented.
Coachable.
Self Accountable & Self Motivated - You are your own boss
Willing to focus on continuous personal development - Grow yourself to become a better
person, neighbor, spouse, parent, and leader.
COMPENSATION
Part-time agents make approximately $30,000-$60,000+ in the first year.
Full-time agents make approximately $80,000-$190,000+ in the first year.
Agency owners (who have been working for a few years), who are consistently promoted
every 2 to 3 months, generate a passive income of $200,000-$500,000+ a year.
Results vary based on attitude, effort, and skill.
The following steps are what will be required for you to become a licensed insurance agent
1. Take a pre-licensing course. Approximately $50.00 (we cover 75% of the costs)
2. Become licensed in your state. (Cost varies depending on state)
3. That is all it takes to start your career. We will provide the mentorship and training needed to
become a successful member of our team.
